Refund Policy

1) Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges can’t be offered.

2) Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • An order number and proof of purchase are required. Please do not send items back without prior authorization. 

3) How to start a return

Email us at hello@shopbst.net to obtain approval and (if applicable) the return address and instructions. 

4) Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following are not returnable:

  • Personalized/custom-made items

  • Underwear and similar hygiene-sensitive items once opened

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as clearance/“final sale”

5) Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective/damaged items (subject to stock). Please email hello@shopbst.net first.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; posting times depend on your bank/card provider. 

7) Late/missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your card issuer/bank. If you still need help, email hello@shopbst.net

8) Return shipping fees

Customer pays return shipping. If a refund is issued, any return shipping cost may be deducted. If the item is faulty or we made an error, reasonable return shipping will be covered.

9) International duties & taxes

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid); any duties/taxes are payable by the customer and non-refundable.

10) Shipping advice

For returns valued over $75, use a trackable service and consider shipping insurance; we can’t guarantee we will receive your return otherwise.
