Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at " email@example.com".

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you have been charged VAT at checkout, you will not be charged customs fee/,import tax while your package is being delivered. If you haven't been charged for VAT at checkout, you will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Import taxes are charged by your local tax authorities and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that, if you refuse the package because of the customs fees or import taxes we will not be able to refund the amount of the item(s). Customs fees and import taxes are not included in the shipping costs.
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means you will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, these are nonrefundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
