Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at " email@example.com".
To return your product, you should contact us at "firstname.lastname@example.org". Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your order has not been delivered within 18 business days, please contact us about your order within 2 months. After 2 months of fulfillment, we will not be able to arrange a replacement or refund the amount of your order.
Buyers are responsible checking their package while it's being delivered by the shipping company. If the package got damaged while being transported, please refuse the delivery and contact to us at email@example.com
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you haven't received your package, BST won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
If you are unable to locate the package, we can advise filing a missing mail claim with the shipping carrier. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers.
If the package cannot be delivered by the carrier, they will hold the package for few days and they will return it to us. Buyers are responsible for tracking their shipment. If the shipment is sent back to us, we will not be able to refund the amount of the shipping. Only the amount of the item(s) will be refunded. We can also re-send your package. Buyers are responsible for the shipping fee of resend.
