How long will it take to process my order?

My tracking updates shows that my package has been delivered but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Your package may be delivered to the mailbox, doorman, reception or nearest post office. You can check these or contact to the shipping company with your tracking number. If you can't find anything please contact us at "email@example.com". Our costumer care will assist you as soon as possible.
If you ordered multiple items, there is a good chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Some of your items can arrive early. If your items was sent from different warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text message both of your packages. If you are living in United Arab Emirates, you have to add your P.O. Box Number. Otherwise, your package will not be delivered and sent back to us.
