If you have an account, you will be able to find your tracking number in your account. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us at "email@example.com". If your package is staying at the same place and the tracking update says "The item was forwarded to the destination country", this means your package was forwarded to the destination country. There will be new tracking updates once the package has arrived in your country.
Your package may be delivered to the mailbox, doorman, reception or nearest post office. You can check these or contact to the shipping company with your tracking number. If you can't find anything please contact us at "firstname.lastname@example.org". Our costumer care will assist you as soon as possible.
We have 2 warehouses and If you ordered multiple items, there is a chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Some of your items can arrive early. If your items was sent from different warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text message both of your packages. If you have any questions about that please let us know.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that, if you refuse the package because of the customs fee or import tax, we will not be able to refund the amount of the item(s). Customs fees and import taxes are not included in the shipping costs.
