You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message right after placing your order. If your package is trackable, you will be able to find your tracking number in that email/text message. If you have an account, you will be able to find your tracking number in your account. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us at "email@example.com". If your package is staying at the same place and the tracking update says "The item was forwarded to the destination country", this means your package was forwarded to the destination country. There will be new tracking updates once the package has arrived in your country.
Your package may be delivered to the mailbox, doorman, reception or nearest post office. You can check these or contact to the shipping company with your tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, there is a good chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Some of your items can arrive early.
